The question of rebuilding the X.8.Centeen on a new site to which reference is made ut (n) of the Governor's letter is one primarily for settlement between the Colony sue the ïrustees, for se will be seen from the information concerning this property that is given on Sheet A it does not belong to Their Lordships. Having regarë, however, to the interests of the Bavy in this question and to the difficulties which the trustées have experienced in their negotiations with the Colony, y Lords propose, when com ani cating with His Excellency, to stipulate that their agreement to his proposals at (c) is given upon the understanding that the Colony arrive forthwith at a gettlement of the canteen question which is acceptable to the trustees,
